Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

One of the waitresses lives nearby our home. If you are looking for a place where you will get old-school service with staff that are knowledgeable about the food they are serving, this restaurant will become a favorite.

Love this pasta house. Great food and awesome management!! We are regulars and always go home happy!! Dennis and Vince always make sure we are satisfied. They truly care about this restaurant and their customers are happy. If you want to see how a restaurant should be run please visit. There's a reason this restaurant has been around for 30+ years!!

Count us in for voting this location a consistently very good Pasta House. Service is always good and the food is always right on. At many locations the salad can be bland and the food less than perfect. Here they've always gotten it right for us.

Stopped here with some friends while visiting St Louis. Food was good and the server was super friendly. Would definiitely go back if in the area again.

Horrible service! Stopped here after church, with myself, and two kiddos. I can imagine when I walked in, the staff probably thought here's a mess waiting to happen (due to the two kiddos age 19 months, and 6). Some highlights were not enough napkins, and our waitress asked if we wanted more rolls about half way through our meal, I said yes, and we never received more. Just throwing this out there too: the kiddos were very well behaved, we stacked our dishes, and made the table easy to clean prior to leaving, and as it should be, I tipped for what the full bill would have been (kids meals free on Sundays). This location is better for me, but I will gladly go out of my way to the Arnold location in the future.

Matter of time before they go belly up. Poor food and even poorer service not worth the $$$

love this pasta house! the service has always been great for my family. dennis, the owner, often stops by the tables to check on how service is and that we're enjoying our visit. we go there so often that our "points" often buy our dinners. we have been going there so long that we have actually watched the staff grow from teens to college grads!

Hands down the best location in the franchise!! Wife and I go out of our way to eat at this location as does a co-worker and his wife. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the food is always consistently good.

I agree with the previous poster that this is one of the best Pasta House locations. Our waitress, Erica, is always nice and on top of making sure our drinks are topped off before we even ask. The food is always very good. The only drawback is the prices, which for the chicken parm. I like is $18. If it was a little bit cheaper, I would give 5 stars. I do have to say that the portions are large and I always leave full.
